By using Revive Office Pro, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for authorized dental-office work.

Professional review required

Generated narratives, scripts, recommendations, forms, and confidence summaries are drafts and workflow aids. They are not clinical, legal, coding, compliance, or payer advice. Your office is responsible for checking every output against the patient record, plan documents, current payer rules, and applicable law before use.

Accurate inputs

You must not fabricate or misrepresent diagnoses, symptoms, findings, treatment, attachments, outcomes, or payer communications. Do not submit protected health information or direct patient identifiers.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account. Preview access may be limited, changed, or suspended. Office Pro is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Ownership and changes

Revive retains rights in the software, interface, procedure library, and service materials. These terms may be updated before paid subscriptions open.
