Revive Dental Solutions uses account information to provide and secure Revive Office Pro, maintain trial and subscription access, operate requested features, and improve reliability.

Information processed

Office Pro may process account details, feature inputs, generated drafts, and insurance-knowledge entries submitted by an authenticated user. Technical logs may include device, browser, network, error, and usage information.

Patient information

Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, addresses, member identifiers, full claim numbers, images containing identifiers, or other protected health information. Office Pro is not presented as a substitute for a compliant electronic health record or practice-management system.

Service providers

Revive uses service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and AI processing. Information is shared only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service or comply with law.

Retention and changes

Records may be retained while an account is active and as needed for security, legal, or operational purposes. This policy may be updated as Office Pro moves from preview to paid availability.
